The Hedeen's toy business, Fun City USA, is located in Door County, Wisconsin - "the Cape Cod of the Midwest" - northeast of Green Bay. Clemens V. Hedeen establised the toy business in 1982. Clemens and his wife Kay Lee Hedeen work together with product designers and model makers to create unique toys and games. They bring over 40 years of experience in the invention and design of fun, creative and innovative toys.
The Hedeen's contributions to the toy industry are legendary as the originator of Micro-Machines™ and Nerf™ soft darts guns. Other Fun City toy hits include The Silly Sam™ Talking Broom and Friends, Spider Ball™, Toddler Golf™, Atom Ball™, Cookin' Cookies™, Bug Out™, Grabanana™, Forever Friends Clip and Tails™, Bungee Pool™ Tornado Maker™, Lightning Lab™, and hundreds of other successful toy concepts, including the Yo Yo Paddle Ball™, The Slinky Hover Hound™, Wind Wheels™ and Strawberry Shortcake Bubblin Tea Party.

Owners Clem and Kay Hedeen have been inventing toys for over 40 years, while the rest of the team has been working (and playing) together for over two decades.
